A GOVERNOR'S ACHIEVEMENT

A very known governor who just received a National Honour award, was asked how he developed his state, when he was serving in his previous tenure. Well, he said 3 million pigs were imported to boost agriculture. What!!!!! 3 million pigs? And he sees that as an achievement and also got a National Honour award presently. I'm sha waiting for my own award.
