FALCONETS AND SUCCESS

If you look closely at the Animal Kingdom, the male lions exhibit all the gra gra and pride while the female lion does the hunt thereby feeding the male lion. The male dogs might be aggressive, possess a very loud bark but might be shy to bite but the female dog might not be shouting too much but dare touch her puppies and your skin would be measuring the depths of her teeth. Well, our Falconets are making us proud, beat Mexico to enter the semi- finals which is extremely good news. I blow this special kiss to all female footballers, female fans and females wondering what the heck is happening in football. You super eagles, work on your bite you already have a strong bark.

GOODLUCK JONATHAN, GLUTTON?, DRUNKARD? OR BOTH?

I came across an article on a newspaper and I was highly amused when one of Jonathan's aides was trying to defend an accusation of him being a drunkard and a glutton. I tried not to write on it, but I guess I didn't have enough self discipline to do that. I'm not trying to accuse him of being a drunkard but how do you explain some one waking very early in the morning and making strange developments. Mind you its always early in the morning people experience hang overs. My dear president if speaking against you is a sign of unpatriotism im so sorry but it makes me all the more patriotic.

INSPIRATION

In today's fast changing world, its not so much what you know anymore that counts, because often what you know is old. Its how fast you learn. That skill is priceless.

BUSINESS LESSONS FROM KIM KARDASHIAN

Though I don't approve of her lifestyle, there are some lessons we can always learn from anybody.

1. STRIKE WHEN THE IRON IS REALLY HOT: Ever wondered how Kim became popular? well a sex tape with a celebrity was released leaked and immediately, she started a show; keeping up with the kardashians ,with the first episode showing her trying to clear herself from the mess and that caught peoples attention. Her show started when the iron about her scandal was really hot.
2. TALENT OR NATURAL ENDOWMENTS AREN'T ENOUGH: Kim is undoubtedly very good looking. But imagine if she was in her mother's house milking cows and shaving sheep and wondering when God will look down upon her. She  used her beauty to win magazines, fashion designers and so all. If you have a skill or talent hoping on God wont do any good. Make good use of your skill.
Well this are the lessons I choose to learn from her all her other escapades is her own business.

WILL MORE CHURCHES SOLVE THE PROBLEM?

From a very reliable research a.k.a my personal research, Nigeria has more churches and Religious Operating Centres (scorn intentional) per square km than any country in the world. One will begin to wonder if the values actually taught in this churches are lived by members of the congregation. A street in Nigeria has at least  10 churches with all of them or some of them  teaching the person-hood of Christ. If prayers  and bible study alone could solve the problems of this world Nigeria would be a world power by now. We should combine our religiousness with adequate work those are the deadliest Military weapon in the world.

5000 NAIRA NOTE, TO BE OR NOT TO BE?

I will start with a little piece of information; On may 3 2007, Zimbabwe issued currency notes with face values of Z$100m and Z$250m. On may 15 2007, a new bank note of Z$500m was issued, followed by the issues on 20th may 2007 of currency notes in denomination of Z$5b, Z$25b and Z$50b. Finally on July 21 2007 bank notes with a face values of Z$100b were issued. Eventually Zimbabwe abandoned its own currency and legalized the use of only foreign currency. My people is this 5000 Naira note needed?

WHAT I LEARNT WATCHING A POINTLESS MOVIE

On a very pleasant Friday evening, I decided to do what I rarely do; view a Nigerian movie. After a duration of about 1 hour and 15 minutes, the movie ended and I was left puzzled as to what just happened. I dared not rewind, lest I die of acute senselessness. I decided to find out more about the movie and in my findings I discovered that the movie was shot in a week with a budget of less than NGN 200,000 so I became less surprised 'cause the outcome of the movie was a product of its input. The point is, if you are trying to stand out or be unique in whatever endeavor you find yourself, you should be prepared to spend adequate resources be it your time or energy. I would have sued the movie producers if I was abroad for trying to make me retarded.

2 THINGS I DIDN'T LEARN FROM LINDA IKEJI AND OKECHUKWU OFILI

While studying the lives of this two great personalities above, I came up with this lessons they never exhibited.

1. Inconsistency: Looking at the manner in which fresh content comes up on their blog, its good to note that consistency is key in blogging.

2. Lack of Passion: If there's anything that can kill a blog right from its first launch is lack of passion. Looking at the way they write, if you read in between the lines, passion for what their doing is very noticeable.

NO CONDITION IS PERMANENT UNTIL........

When I first listened to the song "NO CONDITION IS PERMANENT" by African China, I immediately fell in love with the song because it gave hope to Nigerians at that time. But when I grew up and became of age, and saw how we ran our programs and activities in the country, I stopped believing in his Philosophy and adapted my ideology to this philosophy instead;"NO CONDITION IS PERMANENT UNTIL WE ARE READY TO STOP DOING THE SAME THINGS AND EXPECTING THE SAME RESULTS"

The Award for the MOST CREDIBLE STATEMENT OF THE WEEK goes to PASTOR TUNDE BAKARE. The statement goes thus: "If change, positive change, will ever come to our clime, it will not be engineered by those who are benefiting without conscience from the present cesspool of corrosive corruption. It will only come from a new breed without greed and a radical opposition to corruption. Genuine change can only come from those not infected by the present corruption malaise". Well... Kudos to him

THE IRONY OF SLOGANS

Whenever I look at the Slogans beneath our number plates, they look more like Anticipation than Indication. Imagine; Lagos, centre of Excellence
